Parsnip wine - or "Heuston we may have a problem"

 Sooooooo ........

I racked the parsnip wine off on the 6th December and let it sit over Christmas.
Tonight I bottled it up, taking a final reading .... .993

I had a taste of it, which frankly I was a little trepidatious (is that a word?) about .... it did NOT taste of parsnip, phew! Dry with a slight tang of alcohol ....

But, then I looked back on my 'phone at my OG, which if you've been following my extensive blog ;)  you'll see I reported it was 1.020. 

I think I've made the most unalcoholic wine possible ... 3.54%

 Need to work on this!
